FAQs
To complete your Click & Sell ordered online, you’ll need to bring:
– Order confirmation email (on your phone or printed)
– The currency you’d like to sell (banknotes only)
– Proof of identity (passport or driving licence)
– Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 6 months)
You can sell currency up to €2,500 online. For orders over €2,500 please call us on 0818 253 411.
Transactions must be completed within 2 Business Days of receiving a notification email.
We usually pay you for your foreign currency in cash. Please contact our customer service team to discuss on 0818 253 411 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). Note: We only exchange bank notes and will not accept bank notes that are defaced/badly damaged or out of circulation.
You can sell up to 4 currencies back in one Click & Sell order. Note: the total value of your order must not exceed €2,500
If you no longer need your currency order, please call the store or agent directly. Phone number can be found on the confirmation receipt or our website.
